Request a quote via info@repos.nl. Are you comfortable formatting files yourself, or are you a reseller? If so, apply for an account on our ordering portal. Once your application has been assessed, you’ll be able to request as many quotes as you like and place any orders.
Our customers supply digital files and designs. This enables us to prepare orders efficiently and keep our costs as low as possible.
At Repos, everything is made to measure.
For large orders, it is possible to have a sample sent to you. We have blank samples, but if necessary we can produce a customised sample.
Absolutely! We always send a PDF invoice together with an XML version 1.0 of the same invoice.
Absolutely! You can send your purchase order along with your order to bestellen@repos.nl. We will then include the purchase order number on both our order and invoice.
‘Everyone’s allowed to make a little mistake, boss’… These things happen. Please report the error by emailing administratie@repos.nl and we will sort it out quickly.
Missed an invoice? No problem. Just send an email with your request to administratie@repos.nl and we will simply send you the invoice again.
We offer a payment term of up to 30 days! That gives you plenty of time to process the invoice and start enjoying your order.
You will receive your invoices by email. Receiving them by post is so old-fashioned, isn’t it?

When a parcel is dispatched, you will receive the delivery note and a track-and-trace code from our courier.
If you wish, you are always welcome to collect a parcel.
You are always welcome to request an urgent delivery. Depending on feasibility and our schedule, we will assess your request promptly. Where applicable, an urgent delivery surcharge may be applied.
Planning is key! Our order processing team will review your order and send you an order confirmation stating the delivery date.
Orders placed via the ordering portal are usually delivered more quickly, thanks to our automated system.
Good question! For our printed aluminium, we use CMYK, and for colouring engraved work, we use RAL paint. Pantone (PMS) is an option, but RAL colours are more common.
We only work with files and designs supplied in digital format. Unfortunately, we cannot use drawings, scrap paper with notes or sketches.

Depending on the project, we work with formats including PDF, Ai, EPS, DXF, STP and DWG.
For most products, we use our own materials. That way, we can be sure that your product will be a true work of art. Would you still like to supply your own materials? Please discuss this with us via info@repos.nl.
We normally keep a number of materials in stock. These include anodised aluminium for our printed aluminium (DuralGraphics). This is available in various thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 mm to a maximum of 3 mm. We also stock brass (MS58 and MS63) and various types of double-layered engraving plastics.
The minimum dimensions for printing and milling the printed aluminium (DuralGraphics) are 400 mm². This could therefore be 40 x 10 mm or 20 x 20 mm. The maximum size is approximately 1970 x 970 mm.
